Agnisumukh Cooking Ranges are in various sizes ranging from 6” to 24” and are used depending on the quantity cooked and vessel diameter.

Double, Triple and Four burner ranges are preferred when there is space constraint or for ease of use for one chef to handle numerous preparations simultaneously.

These are the equipment which are usually customized as per user requirement. The usual requests are for reduction in overall size of equipment in double, triple and four burner equipment.
