Radiant Heat Infrared Cooking Range
Agnisumukh Cooking Ranges are in various sizes ranging from 6” to 24” and are used depending on the quantity cooked and vessel diameter.
Double, Triple and Four burner ranges are preferred when there is space constraint or for ease of use for one chef to handle numerous preparations simultaneously.
These are the equipment which are usually customized as per user requirement. The usual requests are for reduction in overall size of equipment in double, triple and four burner equipment.
Most hotels have different kitchens for South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, Pan Asian, Continental and Bhukhara. These kitchens are manned by team of chefs specializing in these cuisines. As areas allocated to them is limited, they tend to order 4 burners more.

- Undershelves for storing kadais, patilas etc.
- Stand for top heat burner for biryani burners
- Provision for holding flame gun
- Trolley on wheels for bigger ranges from 18” onwards for easy handling of large vessels
- Space adjustment between burners in double, triple ranges for keeping masala dabbas and other jars
- Chinese ranges will need side splash guards
- 4 burners with burners of different need diagonal placement of big burners for better vessel placement
